We ship from Nickelodeon Universe at the Mall of America in Bloomington Minnesota.
How much is shipping?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
- Domestic versus International Shipments
- Total weight of package
- Selected shipping method
Nickelodeon Universe is not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service upon checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Our days of operation for shipping are Monday through
Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders
will ship 1-3 business day after you order.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international shipment
- What delivery method you select
Estimated travel times are as follows. Please not that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Domestic
First Class: 7-10 business days
Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
Please note when selecting UPS expedited shipping options, the time above is estimated from the ship date and is not necessarily the estimated time of delivery from when you place the order.
UPS does not always include Saturday as a delivery day, so orders placed with expedited delivery options may not include Saturday/Sunday, but 2 or 3 business days, depending on which option is selected.
International
First Class International Mail: Typically 10-15 business days, but varies by destination
- Per USPS, First Class International Mail can take up to 21 business days, at minimum
Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
Priority Mail Express International: 3-6 business days, varying by destination

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, with associated parts and/or accessories in the original packaging within 30 days.
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item
is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via
email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to
process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the
information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
We
can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of
purchase. Original shipping charges are
nonrefundable.
How can I make an exchange?
If you are unable to visit Nickelodeon Universe to make an exchange you may contact us at websales@moa.net. We will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.
